What is the difference between ACE and Complience.app?
ACE licenses a domain, crawls deeper, and sells SmartFix plus a certificate. Complience.app bills by sites, uses axe-core, and records cookies before Accept. After the FTC’s accessiBe order ($1 million over allegedly deceptive WCAG-compliance claims), buyers should ask what any “certificate” actually attests. Ours attests nothing legal. SmartFix versus source-only
ACE SmartFix injects approved remediations through a lightweight script. Their help center describes that delivery as overlay-like, with human approval. Complience.app does not inject a snippet. We show the failing selector, a screenshot when we can crop it, and a prompt you can paste into Cursor or ChatGPT so a person changes the source.
Who should stay on ACE
